What You Bring
-A degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (or equivalent) -Ideally Chartered with demonstrable experience in the water industry -Experience working in a design and construction environment preferable -The ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions and guide project execution effectively -Experience managing staff and fostering a culture of continuous learning -Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal -Experience in key process skills, including: process calculations, mass balance, control philosophy, commissioning, HAZOPs and P&ID development
