What You Bring

-Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to ensure full compliance in data entry and record keeping -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data reporting and documentation -Basic understanding of invoice handling, purchase orders, and supplier relations—preferably from an administrative or commercial support role -Experience using SAP, Concur, and JIRA (highly desirable) -Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a professional approach to liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers -Prior experience in an operational or contracting environment, ideally within the power distribution or another regulated industry -A certificate or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
