Tasks

-Mount control panels and wire in power while using basic electrical tools. -Installation of conduit and cabling management & support infrastructure systems while using basic electrical tools. -Layout of Mechanical Room for conduit and device locations. -Troubleshoot and repair circuits, wiring, devices, and networks (know how to use a multimeter) -Attend job site meetings to represent & discuss work flow, scheduling and progress -Label and pull wires from beginning to end. -Mount junction boxes and other electrical connection devices. -Build & wire BAS control panels (in-shop or in-field) -Create wire and conduit run plans and be able to communicate the plan to the team. -In the performance of duties and responsibilities, you are expected to observe all safety, health, and loss prevention rules, practices, and procedures, as well as specific instructions related to the safe and efficient performance of your work. -Run and bend conduit as needed. -Lead and teach installation apprentices and installers in the field. -Read, review, and execute project related documents such as blueprints, drawings, project scope, budgets, deadlines, and sequence of operation for proper execution requirements -Troubleshoot or identify communication issues. -Provide trust & leadership to your whole team as well as customers -Wire panels and devices with PTP drawings. -Map and install transformer banks.

What You Bring

-Congenial personality and a helpful attitude. -Valid Florida Driver's License. -Demonstrate expert level aptitude as it relates to control systems. -Candidate is required to be organized, detail oriented and have time management skills. -Good written and verbal communications skills. -Must be able to work in constricted spaces. -Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, or in a team atmosphere while acting responsibly and maintaining a professional attitude. -Knowledge of good customer service techniques. -5-10+ years’ industry experience is desired -An effective and viable safety, health, and loss prevention program will be attained only when all employees are safety conscious and keenly aware, both mentally and physically, of the potential hazards of your environment. -Physical activities of standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and lifting of weights of 50 lbs or more are required in daily performance of job. Use of upper extremities required for forward and overhead reaching, pushing and pulling, and material handling. -Use of torso and lower extremities required for kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting, and squatting.
