Tasks

-Maintain production rate numbers and perform machine changeovers -Develop and implement maintenance programs for new equipment installs and start-ups -Coordinate activities for Facilities -Diagnose equipment breakdowns and action repairs ensuring the direction of labor and planned engineering activities fully support the operation -Lead TPM activities (Total Productive Maintenance) -Leverage equipment diagnostic system to monitor machine performance with plans for improvements -Contact vendors for remote assistant, quoting and control of spare parts -Execute maintenance routines (preventive and predictive) -Work closely with Maintenance Technicians to find ways to increase machine reliability on existing and new equipment -Install and program new cranes, CNC, press brake, laser cutting & punch press equipment for metal sheet fabrication -Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications in equipment -Maintain 5’s on the workstations, support the lines, and participate in the H&S program deployment -Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments to ensure dimensional compliance of parts
