Tasks
-Apply engineering principles to solve complex project challenges. -Ensure project requirements and deliverables are met on time and within budget. -Mentor, train, and develop junior staff. -Oversee project budget, schedule, execution, and quality control across all phases. -Lead technical execution for a variety of (small to large) or complex multi-disciplinary projects. -Manage municipal water and wastewater projects including water source, distribution, storage and treatment, and wastewater collection, pumping and treatment along with treated water reuse. -Maintain effective communications with clients and internal teams to ensure project success. -Supervise preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and bid packages. -Facilitate project proposals, interviews, and presentations, working with our Marketing staff. -Oversee technical planning, design, construction administration, and project management of water and wastewater projects.

What You Bring
-Technical competence and familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations and funding processes. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Teams) & Bluebeam. Proficiency with BST or similar project financial management software preferred. -Highly organized, self-motivated, results-driven, with excellent attention to detail. -Effective client relationship and proposal generation skills. -Previous team leadership experience, including management of direct reports. -10+ years of vertical water and/or wastewater engineering experience. Experience in NY municipal water/wastewater market preferred. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and collaborate effectively. -B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; MS Degree in Environmental Engineering preferred. -Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
