Tasks

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Perform routine preventative maintenance. On-call rotation. Install and program new HVAC systems.

Able to pass drug screen for Federal contractor requirements. Thermo-Trol Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our HVAC Service team. Our full-time position in the Hampton Roads VA area offers top pay and a competitive benefits package. We offer career growth and opportunity. Highly experienced and skilled technicians can earn up to $110,000 per year. Five years experience in repair preferred. Minimum of three years experience (five years preferred) in installation and/or repair. DDC knowledge and experience is a plus. Ability to pass a background check. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle physical workload. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
