Project Assistant

Overview

Assist project managers with admin, billing, tracking, and customer communication for fiber projects.

Tasks

-Coordinating project timelines with internal departments. -Process account billing and invoicing in a timely manner -Upload and monitor job information and progress -Documenting project billing processes and maintaining records. -Update job information in the customer's tracking system -Communicate with customers via phone or email as needed -Monitoring project timelines and deadlines. -Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.Â

What You Bring

-Prior construction experience (preferred) -Good Written and oral communication. -Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and applicable Engineering programs. -Possess a valid driver's license or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position. -Associate's degree in a relevant field (preferred) -Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Â
