Operational Support Officer

Overview

Provide admin and operational support for Transport & Infrastructure operations.

Tasks

-Providing general administrative support including travel coordination, document management, and meeting logistics. -Ensuring compliance with internal processes and systems. -Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders including suppliers and clients. -Processing claims, invoices, and month-end deliverables. -Supporting internal reporting and cost analysis.

What You Bring

-High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively. -Prior experience within a large, complex organisation with a broad range of enterprise systems. -A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration role. -Proficient in core administrative competencies including spreadsheeting and document writing/formatting (intermediate use of Microsoft Office 365 applications).
