Tasks

-Work with Prefab Design Manager to ensure all required information is available to create Unit Rough Packages -Apply all applicable NEC Articles 110, 210, 310 & 314 that apply to Dwelling Units -Work with Prefab Best Practices & QC Processes to understand how they relate to all drawings. -Assist on the updating Panel Schedules and Prefab Breakdown Books in collaboration with the latest approved Engineering of Record Drawings -Understand and Apply Power Design’s AutoCAD and/or Revit Standards into each Roughbook drawing design. -Apply working knowledge of building types & electrical installation requirements within a dwelling unit. -Add Prefabrication device nomenclature, device ID and assembly codes to each design drawing.

What You Bring

-0-3 years of experience -Ability to create Prefab Unit Roughbook packages under direct supervision. -Understanding of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam -Understand construction principles as it relates to all MEP trades within a Dwelling Space -High School Diploma/GED
