Tasks
-Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines -Partner with vendors to ensure smooth relocation experiences -Design and administer expatriate compensation, housing, and benefits packages -Coach junior team members and review mobility processes for improvement -Develop and manage global mobility programs -Monitor global regulations and assess potential impacts on employee safety and operations -Advise business leaders on mobility strategy and policy compliance -Coordinate international assignments, including visa, immigration, and relocation logistics -Align mobility programs with talent development and business growth goals

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently and solve complex problems -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field -Strong knowledge of expatriate policies, immigration, and relocation practices -5+ years of experience in global mobility or international HR -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States -Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
