The Role

Overview

Lead Lean-based process improvement initiatives for Credit & Finance in APAC.

Tasks

-Track and report project progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership. -Provide Lean coaching and mentorship where required. -Develop and implement operational techniques that enhance efficiency and reduce waste. -Engage and manage stakeholders across all levels, including analysts, team leads, and executives. -Facilitate co-design workshops with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and policies. -Lead and execute Lean-based process improvement initiatives. -Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and compliance standards. -Support restructuring efforts through data-driven analysis and stakeholder consultation.

What You Bring

-Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Lean change, business transformation, or operational excellence. -Strong background in finance, credit and / or operations, ideally within regulated environments. -Additional certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Business Analysis or Project Management are highly regarded. -Skilled in project delivery and benefit tracking. -Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher) – preferred -Proven experience in process design, policy change, and operational effectiveness. -Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related discipline are preferred but not essential. -Strong facilitation skills for co-design sessions and stakeholder workshops. -DLL’s referral program applies
