Branch Sales Supervisor

Support Branch Manager, lead sales team, drive growth and customer service.

Tasks

-Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement. -Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey. -Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions. -Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth. -Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work. -Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.

What You Bring

-It is important you have can evidence experience in motivating and driving sales for this role. -Proven background in Sales with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. -Sales leadership experience with coaching and development. -Strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to empower the team to provide great customer service.
