Provides clerical support to property management, handling calls, mail, filing, and leasing tasks.

Tasks

-Processes incoming/outgoing mail, courier items, and faxes. -Handles maintenance paperwork (i.e., filing reports, time sheets, schedules, appointments). -Screens/Processes/References phone calls, inquiries & voicemail. -Files, keeps record of management files in compliance with HUD regulations. -Assists management with leasing activities. -Opens and distributes mail. -Types correspondence, documents and reports.

What You Bring

-Must have or obtain leasing license upon hire. -Appearance compatible with image of property and company. -Ability to interact effectively with wide range of people. -Willingness to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple assignments. -Working knowledge of computers and software, such as MS Office Suite -Excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail. -2+ years of administrative experience. -High school diploma (minimum).
