Tasks

-Oversee workplace operations, ensuring sufficient cover and smooth day-to-day running. -Lead and mentor a dispersed facilities team, fostering a culture aligned with LiveWest’s values. -Drive continuous improvement in facilities processes and systems. -Lead health and safety compliance, audits, and risk management across our sites. -Support carbon reduction initiatives and monitor environmental data to align with LiveWest’s sustainability strategy. -Manage hard and soft services, including procurement, contractor performance, and service delivery.

What You Bring

-Has proven experience managing facilities or property-related services. -Understands hard and soft service delivery, health and safety legislation, and compliance. -Is confident managing budgets, procurement, and contractor relationships.# -Ideally has relevant FM qualifications, IOSH/NEBOSH, or membership of MIWFM/ARICS (desirable). -Has strong leadership and people management skills. -Holds a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
