Tasks

You’ll be responsible for managing the full commissioning process for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a range of commercial building projects. From strategy development through to site execution and final handover, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure systems are delivered to specification and performance expectations. -Review technical documentation, drawings, and submittals -Lead and coordinate the commissioning of MEP systems on site -Prepare technical reports and commissioning documentation -Develop commissioning plans, programmes, and scopes of work -Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and project standards -Monitor progress, identify issues, and maintain clear records -Attend site and client meetings as required

If you’re an experienced Commissioning Manager looking for your next role in a supportive and well-regarded team, we’d be happy to hear from you. -Well-organised with good communication and coordination skills -Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Able to manage workload independently while working as part of a wider team -Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations -CSA Commissioning Manager accreditation preferred but not essential -Location: Ideally based in the South of the UK, with travel to projects across London and the surrounding region -Willing to travel to sites across London and the South of the UK -Proven experience managing the commissioning of MEP systems
