Tasks

-Executive Communicator: Prepares concise, compelling deliverables for COO and leadership. -Partner with the COO to define and execute strategic transformation priorities across NA operations. -Establish KPIs, track progress, and communicate results of transformation initiatives. -Change Driver: Helps align teams and accelerate adoption of new processes. -Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvement. -Coordinate cross-functional projects across supply chain, operations, engineering, and finance. -Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, and updates for the COO, senior leadership, and board-level stakeholders. -Apply consulting-style frameworks, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving to operational challenges. -Support change management efforts to ensure alignment and adoption across multiple sites.

What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to structure and solve complex challenges. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus but not required). -Excellent executive communication and presentation skills. -2–3 years of experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm (e.g., Kearney, L.E.K., or similar). -Hands-On Strategist: Balances big picture thinking with execution detail. -Analytical & Structured: Brings consulting toolkit to solve operational problems. -High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial/operational modeling. -Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. -Must be based in Dallas, Texas, with willingness to travel to North American manufacturing sites as needed.
