Tasks

-Train all managers and executives on how to network for and recruit the best talent. -Assist with updating HR policy. -Screen all candidates through HR system and maintain system daily to keep it up to date. -Recruit candidates directly through multiple means: cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses, and any other creative method to hire top talent. Continuous recruiting will be necessary at all times to ensure a continual pipeline of candidates in all departments to support future growth. -Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent. -Additional consulting responsibilities may include assisting in selection of new HR technology, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
