Concrete Finisher Coordinator

Overview

Coordinates concrete placement, finishing, curing, and crew scheduling under foreman's direction.

Tasks

-Ensure a safe work envionment -Coordinate Large pours -Assists with scheduling of place/finish crews. -Participate in the execution of concrete placement -Establishes how grades are to be achieved. -Decides on proper equipment needed to obtain required finish. -Attends weekly meeting (sub or foreman’s) -Assists superintendent with scheduling of manpower. -Tracks and reports quantities of place/finish crews. -Participate in Training/Certification -Maintains manpower schedule board. -Reviews pump location & layout. -Tracks mix design and submittals for place/finish operation. -Acts as timekeeper for place/finish crews.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years related experience and/or training. -Able to work flexible hours (early starts or late endings) during concrete pours. -Remains knowledgeable of all hardeners, toppings, and concrete mixes .
