Tasks
-Lead strategic planning initiatives to position Eaton as a market leader in the IEC electrical distribution space. -Collaborate with partners on joint business planning, marketing initiatives, and performance reviews. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and stakeholders. -Support the team in mapping each client/OEM/panel bulider and Re-seller to Identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization -Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy aligned with Eaton’s regional growth objectives. -Drive sales performance to meet and exceed country targets. -Promote continuous improvement and innovation in sales processes and partners engagement. -Optimize inventory and stock management in coordination with partners to ensure wide product availability . -Lead forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity management processes -Define and implement the strategy for developing the distribution sales for Eaton in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. -Lead digital transformation initiatives including e-commerce platforms, order center tools, and reward programs. -Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities. -Represent Eaton in industry forums, trade events, and strategic customer meetings. -Strengthen Eaton’s distribution network by identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic partners.

What You Bring
-Experience with LV power and control products -BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering -Strong leadership skills -Fluency in both spoken & written English is required, and ability to use Arabic in a professional capacity is preferred -Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills -12+ years of electrical sales experience, preferably in Riyadh/KSA -Strong negotiation and communication skills -Good knowledge in digital tools and platforms for distribution management -Experience with Electrical distribution business, especially IEC
