Tasks

-Design and implement agentic systems that orchestrate LLMs, data pipelines, and integrations. -Leverage AWS, containerization, and monitoring to deliver high availability and seamless scaling. -Design and evolve APIs and data systems that support multi-tenant SaaS at enterprise scale. -Build resilient integrations with CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, SFDC). -Provide technical mentorship and help shape the engineering culture. -Translate research breakthroughs in LLMs and agentic orchestration into production-ready features. -Optimize for performance, scalability, and developer velocity with CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing. -Partner with product, design, and ML/AI teams to turn customer problems into intuitive, intelligent solutions. -Build core product features across backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and AI-enabled workflows. -Contribute to architectural decisions, technical scoping, and roadmap planning. -Champion best practices for secure, observable, and testable code across frontend and backend. -Manage the software development lifecycle for high-impact initiatives, from concept through production and iteration.

What You Bring

-Experience with LLMs, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, or ML-powered applications. -Strong proficiency with Python. -Track record of delivering scalable, production-grade features in startup or high-growth environments. -Excellent communication skills with a bias for action. -Knowledge of secure coding, performance optimization, and CI/CD workflows. -Hands-on experience with relational + NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server). -Proficient with React/Typescript -Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, time-series data, or data analytics pipelines. -7+ years of professional experience in Backend or Full stack development. -Background in B2B SaaS, revenue operations, or sales intelligence. -Contributions to open source AI/ML or developer tooling projects. -Experience building and consuming APIs, integrating third-party services, and deploying via cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
