The Role

Overview

Sell residential & commercial heating solutions in Scotland, supporting customers and stakeholders.

Tasks

-Establish strong relationships with BMS and M+E contractors and specialists HVAC merchants/wholesalers. -Increasing overall sales of Residential, Commercial solutions (volume, value, and margin in line with agreed targets). -Expand the current project pipeline by establishing clear growth of Heating solutions. -Deliver product and application trainings (incl. CPD, seminars and training). -Work with other divisions of Danfoss, sharing knowledge and sales leads. -Perform product selection and dimensioning for customers, if requested technical product and application support key stakeholders. -Specify products to Local Authorities, Regional House Builders, Contractors, Wholesalers & M+E consultants. -Establish strong relationship with key stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Ideally have an experience or a good comprehension of Residential, Commercial applications. -A good understanding of mechanical heating systems. -An existing knowledge of CRM systems. -Experience of selling solutions into Developers, Main contractors, Local authority and Housing Associations would be beneficial. -The ability to understand perspectives and to be able to successfully influence and negotiate.
