Overview

Develop and manage MEP construction schedules, track progress, and handle delay/EOT reporting.

Tasks

Work as planning engineer on site, prepare and review baseline program together with main contractor, track and update program as per site condition, lead in identifying, recording delay events and submitting EOT. -Prepare program recovery measures as required to accelerate the construction progress to ensure that milestone and targets are met. -Responsible for the development of MEP construction schedule. -Collate information relating to variances in the Baseline Program. -Prepare and submit cost loaded schedule for the project. -Compile monthly status reports including the detailed activities, actual start and completion dates, percentage complete. -Capture current status of the project including photos and compile the monthly progress report to client’s submission. -Maintain the records of baseline program and activities and progress records and all other revised programs and activities.
