Overview

Manage and grow ductless VRF/minisplit HVAC sales across multiple states.

Tasks

-Train all associates and customers on VRF & Ductless Products and applications. -Work directly with Region Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to generate and close new business. -Report to Dealer Program Product Manager to ensure that company sales and profit goals are achieved. -Developing and Managing our VRF & Ductless sales programs and promotions.

What You Bring

-Minimum 5 years HVAC sales experience. -Solid understanding of HVAC contractors and their businesses. -Bachelor’s Degree preferred. -Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time. -Proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc. -Strong customer service skills with the ability to generate new business by finding and closing new opportunities. -Work effectively with minimum supervision.
