-Creating precise and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD/BIM Revit software. -Reviewing and interpreting sketches, layouts, and specifications. -Organise and maintain drawing files and project documentation. -Ensuring that drawings comply with industry standards, regulations and project guidelines. -Stay updated on AutoCAD software updates and industry best practices. -Revising and updating drawings, based on client feedback and project changes. -Coordinate with other drafters and team members to ensure consistency in drawings. -Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet industry standards. -Meet project deadlines and timelines for drawing submissions. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design changes and updates. -Generate 2D and 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD / Revit software. -Collaborating with engineers, architects and project managers to understand design specifications and requirements. -Assisting in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

-Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. -Certification in AutoCAD/ Revit drafting or related certifications. -Excellent organisational, time management and people skills. -Proficiency in AutoCAD software for 2D/3D modelling. -Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Singapore -Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in a diverse engineering environment. -Familiarity with other design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit). -3+ years of demonstrable experience as a HVAC AutoCAD and BIM drafter. -Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards and symbols. -Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field. -Ability to create detailed technical documentation. -Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts. -Knowledge of the latest construction and manufacturing processes globally. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. -Strong attention to detail and precision in design documentation.
