-Manage all Sales Staff -Work with the marketing coordinator/manager and Division Manager on advertising -Create new incentives for neighborhoods -Meet or beat set sales goals -Train/motivate the sales force -Competitive analysis on product, features and neighborhoods/amenities -Enforce company policies -Work with the agents on all marketing promotions -Recruit and hire future sales representatives
