Tasks

Coordinate internal teams (design, production, logistics) to meet customer needs. Lead and support commercial project work, ensuring timelines and specifications are met. Manage and develop key customer accounts, becoming their go-to contact. Oversee the full sales process from quotation through to delivery. Build strong client relationships through responsive, proactive communication. Help implement smarter workflows and tools for sales operations. You’ll become an essential part of our commercial team, working closely with clients, managing complex orders, and ensuring smooth project execution across departments. Assist with data-driven reporting and performance tracking.

What You Bring

Real experience managing key accounts and commercial projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Confident using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools (training provided). Sales experience (B2B preferred) or a commercially aware graduate eager to develop. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
