Tasks

-Ensure accurate documentation and incident reporting in line with Certis policies -Liaise with airline representatives, airport authorities, and internal teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations -Lead aviation security personnel to ensure consistent service delivery and regulatory compliance -Respond to operational challenges, incidents, and performance concerns, escalating as required -Oversee shift operations, including team deployment, coordination of breaks, and addressing resourcing issues -Conduct compliance checks, ensure all equipment is operational, and brief staff on ad-hoc tasks -Support, coach, and mentor Team Leaders and frontline staff to maintain high performance
