Tasks

-Promote employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback systems. -Identify training needs and conduct skill development programs. -Support career development and succession planning. -Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.). -Conduct interviews, reference checks, and negotiate offers. -Conduct annual and periodic reviews with department heads. -Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. -Develop talent pipelines and maintain candidate database. -Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. -Measure effectiveness of training initiatives. -Manage attendance systems, leave records, and salary disbursements. -Implement performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking. -Conduct induction sessions for new employees. -Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry practices. -Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally. -Design and implement onboarding plans for new hires. -Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements. -Foster a positive work environment through open communication. -Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections. -Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles – sales, engineering, site staff, etc. -Arrange for leadership training, compliance training, and workshops. -Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes within our real estate organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s goals. -Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -Proficient in HR software and MS Office. -Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance. -5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate/construction sector. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
