-Maintain rigorous safety, quality and cost-control standards on all sites - have a hands on approach -Work for a contractor known for delivering premium projects with a strong market reputation -Lead site operations: set up, mobilise, manage trades, monitor progress and close-out -Collaborate with project and commercial teams to manage programme, budget and turnover -Manage a varied and high-value project pipeline across Sydney and surrounding regions -Ensure accurate and timely site administration (inspections, reports, RAMS, drawings) -Foster strong stakeholder engagement including clients, consultants, contractors and site teams

What You Bring

-Ability to maintain precise documentation and strong site governance -Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out / refurbishment industry (commercial, retail or high-end residential) -Strong leadership and communication skills – able to motivate on-site teams and manage multiple subcontractors -Sound technical knowledge of construction, finishes and site systems -Proven track record delivering quality projects within budget and schedule
