The Role
Overview
Maintain building cleanliness and upkeep, handling cleaning tasks and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- equipment setup

- spill cleanup
Tasks
-Assistsetting up andtaking down equipment for events or meetings. -Keep cleaning supplies in stock. -Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary. -Cleaning andstockrestrooms. -Complete tasksin a timely mannerwith minimal supervision. -Remove debris and snow from sidewalks. -Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs. -Clean up spills withappropriateequipment. -General cleaning of the building and keeping itmaintainedand in good condition. -Perform minor repairson the facility or equipment as needed. -Ensure doors are locked after hours.

What You Bring
-Able to work independently or with a team. -Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify -Work well when supervisors are not present. -Able to use basic cleaning equipment. -High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. -Ability to manage your time efficiently. -Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. -Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
