The Role

Overview

Admin support for real estate team: manage tasks, communications, tech, and projects.

Tasks

-Conducting light research and compiling data as needed -Organizing internal events and Division-wide meetings -You’ll become the Manhattan office’s highly visible representative in firmwide tech launches and onsite tech support of our applications -Assisting with internal communications and follow-up on action items -Acting as a liaison between the Division Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, proactive task follow-up, and logistical coordination. -Providing high-level administrative and operational support across multiple areas to Division Manager including but not limited to: -Coordinating project timelines and deliverables -Preparing reports, slide decks, and executive summaries -Document drafting, editing, and proofreading -Becoming a valuable team member working closely with and supporting your Operations and Regional Manager as well as with team members across your geographic area with an interesting variety of tasks which often include sales agent recruiting, events planning, and special projects. -Calendar and meeting management, including agendas and note-taking

What You Bring

-Reliable and punctual, take pride in owning your responsibilities and contributing to the team -Intermediate/strong computer skills including Office365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook* -Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as proofreading and editing abilities -Experience in Adobe Creative Suite -Quick learner and you enjoy learning/working with software and technology -Possess great soft skills; collaborative, proactive, and approachable with a strong desire to learn and grow -Candidates are tested for competency in software and office skills. -Excellent attention to detail -2+ years administrative experience -Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
