Coordinate, edit, and manage proposals, ensuring quality and timely submission.

Tasks

-Assisting with preparing and updating resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate information etc. -Administration, coordination, development, and quality assurance of the proposal process. -Graphics and proposal layout development. -Assisting with communication and content collection with the technical team. -Monitoring opportunities and records management. -Working closely with contributors, especially technical solution teams, to edit and proof-read content and ensure all criteria is met for submission.

What You Bring

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy. -Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution. -Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures is an asset. -Superb editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills; with a sharp eye for detail. -High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint. -Strong organizational skills. -Ability to work well with others and have a collaborative attitude. -Responsive and confident multitasker. -Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) experience is an asset. -Self-disciplined approach to establishing priorities and meeting multiple concurrent deadlines -2+ years work experience in a similar role.
