Tasks

-Provide exceptional service to players, coaches, and staff by responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns. -Keep the locker room and surrounding areas clean, organized, and hazard-free before, during, and after games. -Proactively identify and address potential safety or maintenance issues to ensure a professional and secure environment. -Maintain strong communication with staff to support smooth daily operations and uphold organizational standards. -Prepare the locker room for practices and games, stocking towels, water, sports drinks, uniforms, and other essentials. -Work closely with the Equipment Manager and Manager of Basketball Operations to manage inventory, restock supplies, and address facility needs. -Assist on the bench during games, ensuring players have all necessary equipment and supplies, and that the court area is maintained between plays. -Assist with laundering, folding, and organizing player uniforms, practice gear, and other items as directed.
