Tasks

-Sales Process: Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins. -Leasing & Tours: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home. -Move-In Coordination: Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition. -Customer Service: Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents. -System Management: Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data. -Daily Operations: Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.

What You Bring

-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases -At least 1 year of leasing experience required -High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred) -Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus! -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) -Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service -Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
