Tasks

-Providing accurate job estimates and quotations aligned with company margin standards -Acting as a customer advocate and ensuring responsive communication across the organization -Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners to generate qualified sales opportunities -Producing customer testimonials and gathering regular NPS (Net Promoter Score) feedback -Preparing timely business expense reports and supporting documentation -Executing structured customer engagement plans and maintaining detailed CRM records -Supporting marketing efforts, including campaign planning and participation in key trade shows -Meeting annual order targets across business lines and accurately forecasting monthly performance -Identifying and developing new business through networking, lead generation, and CRM engagement
