Tasks

-Lead and perform roadway design tasks from preliminary to final design -Mentor project staff -Serve as project manager on NCDOT and/or municipal transportation improvement projects -Develop and review plan sets, quantity estimates, and reports -Lead proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates -Maintain budgets, scopes, and schedules -Project management including scheduling, establishing budgets, preparing invoices and client relations

What You Bring

-A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or similar discipline from an accredited four-year college -MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) -Corridor modeling and/or ORD modeling -Preform QA/QC tasks -A minimum of six years of relevant work experience -A PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in North Carolina within six months of start date -Broad knowledge of transportation engineering across multiple disciplines
