Tasks
-Collaborate with experienced engineers and learn from technical experts while developing your professional skills. -Contribute to geotechnical design projects from early concept and options analysis through to detailed design, with site work and travel across Victoria and occasionally to other parts of ANZ. -Learn from Technical Experts: Enhance and share knowledge, skills and ideas from industry leaders that are essential to career progression. -Graduate Induction: Participate in an event to meet fellow graduates and connect with leaders in the business. -Submit Your Application: Complete the job application, uploading your resume, cover letter and the latest copy of your academic transcripts as one single document. -Support project teams on a wide range of engineering works, including earthworks, foundations, pavements, maritime structures, dredging, slope stabilisation, and transport infrastructure such as bridges and embankments.

What You Bring
-Driver's Licence: As the role includes travel throughout Victoria and occasional trips within the wider ANZ region, you must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence. -Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program. -Online Assessment : Complete our global online strength-based assessment. -Bachelor’s Degree: Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar) with a strong interest in geotechnical engineering. -Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.
