Tasks

-Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong client and Landscape Architect relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns, and providing regular project updates to exceed expectations. -Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with construction crews, foreman, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring projects are completed with a commitment to safety maintained on all job sites. -Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process efficiency, innovation, and cost savings. -Team Management: Help manage, train, and develop foremen and crew members. Schedule and direct personnel to be as efficient, safe, and productive as possible. -Quality Assurance: Ensure workmanship meets design specifications and safety regulations, maintaining high-quality standards. -Documentation Control: Maintain accurate project records, including change orders, progress reports, and financial documents with the support of a Project Engineer. -Project Oversight: Manage the entire operational lifecycle of landscape construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety and quality standards to ensure excellent execution. -Safety Management: Enforce stringent safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and create a secure work environment. -Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability. -Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections regularly to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to take charge of construction projects in Texas. Your role will encompass all aspects of project execution including coordinating teams, materials, and timelines to ensure exceptional execution, exceeded client expectations, and profitability. -Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities that focus on serving clients and fellow employees -Proactive and timely communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization -Ability to read construction plans and an understanding of financial statements is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential -Landscape construction or other specialty project management experience is preferred but not required. -Demonstrated ability to self-manage and to set and achieve goals -Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
