Overview

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain various machinery and equipment.

Tasks

-Troubleshoot mechanical devices and repair. -Notifies supervisor of needed parts and machinery. -Maintain appropriate records on completed work performed and forwards logs along with findings to immediate supervisor. -Repair and/or replace functional parts of control instruments and mechanical devices and interpret instructions and diagrams in correcting existing problems.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -2-3 years work experience -Associate’s degree with an emphasis in Electrical/Mechanical skills preferred -Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines -OSHA HAZWOPER obtained on the job -High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
