Tasks
Proactively manage the executive’s calendar, including complex scheduling across global time zones. Perform general administrative support duties, such as visitor registration, food orders, parking, and meeting notetaking. Identify and address administrative needs, assisting with internal projects and operational improvements. Provide relationship management support through follow-up communications, data entry, and administrative tracking. Coordinate large internal meetings and events, including All Hands, presentations, trainings, and community outreach activities. Coordinate with other executive assistants to arrange meetings involving senior management and external stakeholders. Submit and follow up on monthly personal and corporate expenses, including travel (domestic and international).

What You Bring
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite) Self-starter with strong motivation, diligence, and attention to detail. BEPC is seeking an experienced and adaptable Executive Support Consultant (TEMP) to support the Global Head of Urban Innovation. This role requires a flexible multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can work independently. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position requires in-office presence at least two days per week, preferably Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the Newark office, preferably including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexibility for up to five days per week. Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
