Manage MRT/LRT asset renewal and planning ensuring reliability and cash‑flow

Tasks

-Support stakeholder engagement and governance development for asset renewals -Coordinate asset replacement/renewal projects to ensure timely implementation of replacement/renewal projects -Develop and manage master asset replacement plan to ensure realistic cash flow and utilization -Develop, manage and monitor MYC (multiyear cash flow) submissions -Prepare, submit and seek approval on funding for asset replacement projects to ensure timely implementation of the asset replacement and renewal projects

What You Bring

-Possess positive attitude with good communications and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders -Knowledge in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Mechanical / Systems / Rail Engineering / Building / Facilities Management, or other relevant disciplines with 3 to 5 years of experience. -Self-motivated and resourceful. -Preferably with Relevant railway system knowledge and experience on Renewal Planning and/or Rolling Stock, Signalling, Communications and Control systems -Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for higher appointments -Able to work independently, demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in carrying out duties
