Tasks
-Advise clients on available loan programs, rates, and the mortgage process. -Originate residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. -Analyze financial and credit data to match clients with appropriate loan products. -Promote HomeServices Lending and its full suite of mortgage solutions in the local market. -Build and maintain visibility through relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners. -Manage client applications, lock interest rates, and ensure accurate and timely loan processing. -Set clear expectations regarding loan timelines, requirements, and next steps. -Maintain proactive communication with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure a smooth closing process. -Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

What You Bring
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve production goals. -2+ years of experience in mortgage sales, processing, or underwriting. -Knowledge of conventional and government loan guidelines or the ability to learn quickly. -Active Mortgage Loan Originator license through NMLS, meeting all state and federal licensing requirements. -Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience. -Proven sales and customer relationship management experience. -Ability to travel locally for business development and client meetings (reliable transportation required). -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. -Strong communication skills, including phone and social media engagement.
