The Role

Overview

Lead quality across Canada East projects, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Tasks

-Develop and maintain design quality manuals, policies, and procedures in conformance with the contract requirements. -Provide advice and support, including investigations into unplanned quality events. -Oversee both QA and QC programs across multiple projects, ensuring effective planning, execution and reporting. -Build relationships with customer counterparts, customer operational and project personnel. -Promote and monitor adherence to company, customer, and legislative requirements. -Guides projects and offices in understanding assurance requirements. -Communicate relevant and timely assurance information to the appropriate stakeholders. -Manage the Quality support team for the region and foster growth, development and continuous improvement. -Helps offices maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 certification standards. -Contributes to Worley’s mission of building a more sustainable world and fostering an inclusive workplace. -Liaise with the office and project management as the Quality focal point for all aspects of project delivery in our Canada East business. -Facilitate functional and project risk and lessons learned workshops, reviews and discussions. -Oversee project assessments and surveillances.
