Tasks

-Oversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working order -Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements -Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire and subcontractors -Drive problem-solving and lead in developing innovative solutions -Effective cost control and running of projects to meet project deadlines and budgets -Provide advice on any technical, trade or engineering issues (if applicable) -Ensure the efficient and appropriate delegation of work activities -Manage on-site works of projects from initial site set up to completion -Complete project progress reporting and weekly meetings

-Will suit a candidate with high rise building facades experience -Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines -Expertise in site management and delivery, budgeting, stakeholder and subcontractor management, documentation and approvals -Frontline management or leadership experience -Current Driving Licence -Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills -Team player with solid negotiation and influencing skills -Trade or construction background with previous experience working on construction remediation projects
