Overview

Admin support for dispatch, sales, and accounting in outdoor living products

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Update customer records on any changes -Calling, setting up appointments for drivers -Assist dispatch team as needed -Enter details of orders into system and forward on to the dispatch desk to confirm delivery dates -Take calls or emails from customers and alert sales team on any issues -Complete clerical and administrative tasks for the dispatch department -Welcome visitors to facility -Keep sales team informed on delivery dates and orders -Provide certification documentation documents to dealers -Work closely with carriers in determining if orders will be received and delivered -Support Sales in developing relationships with dealers/contractors to become point of contact -Assist with accounting / AP functions

What You Bring

-Experience working in accounting or AP -High school diploma or equivalent/bachelor's degree a plus -Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities -Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) -Proven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant or relevant role -Excellent organizational skills and eye for detail -Experience in Masonry block also a plus but will train -Outgoing personality is important in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships -Ability to learn new systems quickly
