Overview

Perform framing and finish work for window/door installations on residential and commercial projects.

Tasks

-Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning. -Exterior/Interior finish work on all products. -Practice efficient & safe demolition to minimally impact customers. -Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site. -Collaborative partner for the window and door installation process.

What You Bring

-Must be able to work with hand tools and gas-powered equipment properly, efficiently, and safely. -3 or more years’ experience as a framing or finish carpenter in residential or commercial brick and stucco applications; required. -Knowledge of residential, commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, quality control, and cost control. -Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented. -Ability to read prints. -Understands and adheres to company and safety polices, proper lifting techniques and heat stress. -Maintain good attendance record as well as good punctuality. -Basic knowledge of local city and state building codes. -Must be able to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. -If driving for the company, must have and maintain a valid state issued driver’s license as well as clear driving record.
