Senior BIM & Digital Delivery Consultant

Lead BIM implementation, coordinate models, advise clients on digital delivery.

Tasks

-Manage external BIM projects, including developing client BIM standards and authoring BIM Execution Plans. -Setup and maintain federated models using software such as Revizto, Navisworks, Solibri, or Revit from consultant/trade models. -Run external visual design reviews and coordination meetings with project teams to ensure model integrity and alignment. -Represent Arup at internal and external events, advising on digital delivery strategies and promoting BIM excellence.

What You Bring

-Experience establishing automated digital workflow-based processes and procedures, driving efficiency and innovation. -Experience of leading others in a project BIM role, with a strong ability to guide teams and influence digital delivery outcomes. -Proficiency in Revit, Revizto, Navisworks, and Solibri, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and applications. -Outstanding communication skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. -Clash detection, issue management, and coordination using tools like Revizto, Navisworks, and Solibri. -Qualifications in BIM Management, ISO 19650, Architecture, Engineering or Construction (desirable but highly valued).
