Oversee construction projects, conduct site inspections, manage quality, safety, and coordination.

Tasks
-Collaborate with project managers to ensure project objectives are met. -Collect, analyze, and interpret construction data, materials usage, and progress to support decision-making. -Resolve design and construction-related issues in a timely manner. -Document and report findings and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. -Conduct safety audits and investigations as required. -Generate comprehensive reports and summaries for project management and stakeholders. -Promote and enforce safety protocols and guidelines on the construction site, emphasizing a culture of safety. -Assume a leadership role in overseeing construction projects, including monitoring progress, quality, and safety compliance. -Ensure that as-built drawings accurately reflect construction changes. -Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. -Lead quality control efforts by conducting detailed inspections, verifying compliance with quality standards, and implementing corrective actions as needed. -Perform and supervise surveying and layout tasks, ensuring accurate measurements, dimensions, and elevations. -Conduct comprehensive site inspections to verify construction activities align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. -Provide guidance to junior Field Engineers and surveying teams.

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. -Willingness to work in an outdoor construction environment. -Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Effective communication and leadership abilities. -Proficiency in surveying equipment, measurement tools, and computer-aided design (CAD) software. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. -3-5 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering, with a focus on industrial construction projects.
