What You Bring

-Strong communication skills, both written and oral -Experience with managing controls, construction schedules and field services during construction projects. -Proficient in use of Bluebeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite -Must be willing to commute daily to client site in Aurora, CO -3+ years of related construction project engineering or management experience with construction building projects -Experience in design and construction management of K12 or Higher Ed projects -Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and team members -Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture -Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
