Tasks

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Senior Finance Analyst will take ownership of Opex reporting and analysis, providing the insight and challenge needed to drive operational efficiency and margin improvement. This newly created role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making during a period of rapid scale-up. -Driving continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and systems to enhance financial visibility and control. -Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing detailed cost analysis and commentary. -Leading the monthly Opex reporting process, ensuring accuracy, insight, and clarity of cost performance across the business. -Building and refining Opex models, dashboards, and reporting packs to support business planning and forecasting. -Partnering with operational leaders to analyse variances, identify cost drivers, and influence commercial decisions.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in Opex reporting and analysis. -Background in a tangible product or service-led business, ideally within hospitality, leisure, hotels, retail, or real estate. -A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience. -A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders. -Strong financial modelling and Excel/BI skills.
